Deleting your account and data
The CheckMyKid app (CORTEXDIGITAL S.R.L.) lets you delete your account and data at any time.
From the app (recommended)
Open CheckMyKid on the parent phone → Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.
Without the app
Send an email to support@checkmykid.com from the account address, with the subject "Delete account". We confirm receipt and delete the data within 30 days at most.
What is deleted
- your account (email, name, password or Google link);
- if you are the only parent: the family, connected children's phones, location history, saved places, alerts, chat and voice messages, call-filter numbers, rules and statistics;
- if another parent exists: only your account; the family stays with the other parent.
What is kept
We keep no data after deletion. Server backups are overwritten automatically within 30 days at most.
